Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky dad. A lot of people know me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my adventures ranging from upwards to the downwards. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America together with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for perseverance and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my life. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me become successful. My goals were set as follows: I'd study at university, land an employment in a company then marry, and purchase a home. While I believed this was the definition of successful, my life was not following the goals. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joy- I felt that I was throwing my life away to earn a living even though I knew I had a destiny. While navigating my way towards a new career path, I discovered that I was meant to become an instructor. I was a fan of exercise, I loved having fun, and I love helping others. My business started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few. As coach, my mission is to inspire others and empower them to live a healthier and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to the individual's goals and needs. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they can achieve the goals they set, pursue their interests and lead your life to the fullest. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest happiness in my entire life. My mother passed away at the same time that my career took off. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll keep her in my heart. We can learn a lot from life, even though it may be difficult to see it now. My mother's sudden death that changed me for good. And I really believe that it provided me with a chance at life. Her passing at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create a new life. To me, it was my second chance to live a fulfilling life. My 30's are the first moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. As I tell my story I hope my words will resonate with those of yours. It is my wish that my words can help you realize that you're not alone. You have the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. My hope is to live your every moment to the fullest and have a final resting place is not a regret, as that's the only thing you can count on in this life.
